With that it should just automatically install it or ask you for the folder but it will show the patch you dragged the English patch to and just click next =D. I open the game folder to see the patch and drag the English patch to it. I resolved by just drabbing the English patch to the starry sky folder.

Try renaming your Starry Sky folder to Starry Sky ~In Spring~ And when I try to put there a directory of the game and click "next" appears w window with such a text: "Invalid Directory".
